# The same question, answered once and finished.

> A website or app assistant that answers from approved material, completes one permitted action and hands the rest to a named person with the conversation.

A visitor asks about delivery. A prospect asks what it costs. A partner asks where the request went. The answer exists, on a product page, in the CRM, in a colleague's head, and the booking still ends in a manual handoff. YPAI builds the assistant that answers from your approved material, completes the booking or request it is allowed to complete, and passes the rest to a named person with the conversation attached.

Start with the interaction that repeats most. The next step is already known, the person who handles its exceptions already exists and the sources are already written. That is the first build.

## The assistant, the integration and the tests that release it

- A custom website or in-application assistant for one customer-facing interaction you choose first: the question, the request or the task. YPAI designs the conversation, the answer rules and the point where it ends.
- Behind it sits approved-source grounding, so each answer shows the page or document it came from, and the connections to the systems the interaction touches: CRM, support desk, booking calendar. Where the interaction calls for an action, the assistant performs that one action and logs it.
- Answers, actions, failed attempts and handoffs are tested as one flow before release.

The result is an interaction that finishes, in your systems, with a test record behind it.

### Start where the work already repeats

- Pick the interaction with a clear next step and a person who already handles its exceptions. When the assistant cannot finish, that person receives the question, the context and what was already tried.
- That one design carries the approved sources, the grounded answer, the allowed action, the escalation path and the details the assistant collects before an action begins.

## For engineering: named operations, named permissions, one log

- You choose the interaction. Your engineering, IT or platform team and YPAI turn it into explicit operations across the systems already in use.
- For a connected build the work is concrete: CRM and support-system integration, the API calls, who must be signed in, each read and write the assistant may perform, what happens after a failed call and what goes in the action log.

## Three checks before release, run again after every change

- The answer follows the approved material and cites it.
- The assistant performs the allowed action, and only that one.
- A failure reaches the right person with enough context to finish the job.

Representative questions, action checks and handoff cases prove those three things. The same set runs again after a change to a source, model, prompt, tool or connected system, and the result lists what passed, what failed and what is corrected before the next release.

## Customer service and voice go deeper

### Customer service

A service assistant answers routine questions, collects the issue context, carries out one selected support-system action and passes the conversation to the right service owner. You decide which requests stay with the assistant and which go straight to a person.

### Voice

Spoken interaction adds interruptions, accents, mid-sentence language switching and a transcript that has to survive the transfer. Testing covers how the assistant hands the caller and the transcript to a person in the agreed channel.

## Questions teams ask before the first release

### Where do the assistant's answers come from?

From the material you approve: product pages, documents and help content. Each answer shows the page or document it came from.

### What can the assistant do besides answer?

It performs the one action you permit, such as booking an appointment, qualifying a lead or opening one structured request type, and logs it. Every other request goes to a named person.

### What happens when the assistant cannot finish?

The conversation passes to the person who already handles that exception, with the question, the context and what was already tried.

### Which systems does it connect to?

The systems the interaction touches, such as your CRM, support desk and booking calendar. Your engineering or IT team and YPAI agree each read and write it may perform, who must be signed in, what happens after a failed call and what goes in the action log.

### How is it tested before release?

Representative questions, action checks and handoff cases show three things: the answer follows the approved material, the assistant performs the allowed action and only that one, and a failure reaches the right person. The same set runs again after every change to a source, model, prompt, tool or connected system.

### How does a project start?

With the interaction that repeats most. A named project lead replies inside one EU business day with a proposed scope and commercial terms. Where the release decision needs evidence, a scoped pilot produces it first.
