Who lands in your inbox

A named project lead, one business day, a feasibility read

Intake replies are written by a project lead, not a queue. The lead owns the engagement from first reply through DPA and into delivery.

01

Named project lead from first reply

Inquiries route to a project lead with the modality and risk-class match. The first reply names the lead and the next concrete step.

02

Feasibility read inside one EU business day

The first reply covers data path, residency posture, modality coverage, and the next checkpoint. Not a generic confirmation.

03

DPA included with every engagement

The Data Processing Agreement ships with the statement of work. Pre-contract DPA review is available through the Data Protection Officer route.

04

Sub-processor list scoped per engagement

Sub-processor disclosure is delivered alongside the DPA and reflects the data flow for your project.

Buyer questions

Procurement FAQ

Do you sign a DPA?

Yes. A signed Data Processing Agreement is included with every engagement. The DPA ships with the statement of work, not as a separate negotiation cycle. For pre-contract review, request a copy from [email protected].

Do you offer a free pilot for collection and annotation?

Yes. For collection and annotation requests, the free pilot can cover 2 languages, 5 hours of native-speaker recording per language, and 1000 utterances per language with transcript, wake-word, and intent labels. We confirm fit in the first reply.

Where is customer data stored?

EU regions by default. Annotation and project metadata sit in EU data-centre infrastructure. If your engagement requires a specific region or on-premise handling, include it in your request and we will confirm feasibility in the first reply.

Who can access project data?

The named project lead, the YPAI delivery team assigned to your engagement, and the annotation team actively working on the project. Access is logged. Operations are run in-house, not subcontracted out to a marketplace.

How do you handle GDPR access or deletion requests?

Email [email protected]. We acknowledge inside one business day and respond inside the GDPR thirty-day window. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability rights are all supported.

What is your sub-processor list?

Shared with every engagement. The sub-processor list is delivered alongside the DPA and statement of work, scoped to the specific data flow of your engagement. For pre-contract review, request a copy from [email protected].

How fast does YPAI respond to a project inquiry?

Inside one EU business day. The first reply is a feasibility read and the next concrete step, written by the project lead assigned to your engagement, not a generic confirmation email.
